摘    要:目的 探讨复杂配方的中草药制剂时对慢性功能不全进展的影响。方法 回顾性分析44例服中草药患者和49例未服过中草药患者病程初期、病程3个月时的血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)水平变化;将两组患者同期的SUN、Scr水平进行对比。并将两组患者发现BUN、Scr开始升高至发展到Scr>600umol/L的时间进行对比。结果 两组患者病程3个月时的BUN、Scr水平均较病程初期明显升高(P

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of compound Chinese herbal medicine on the patients with chronic real failure (CRF). Methods We analyze retrospectively the Ievels of blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine in 44 CRF patients with the treatment of Chinese herbal medicine and 49 CRF patients with no the treatment (the control group), and compare their Ievels in same time and the increasing speed of serum creatinine from the abnormal to more than 600umol/L. Results The Ievels of blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine were significantly higher at third month of suffering from the disease than those at the beginning in all patients ( P < 0.001) , but it was significantly higher in the patients with the treatment of Chinese herbal medicine than those of the control group( P < 0.005) . It took a shorter time in serum creatinine of the patients with the treatment of Chinese herbal medicine from the abnormal to over 600umol/L than those of the control group significantlv ( P < 0.005) . Condusions The compound Chinese herbal medicine could accelerate the advancement of chronic renal failure.
