糖皮质激素治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的机理探讨

研究婴幼儿血管瘤激素注射治疗前后血清雌二醇（Ｅ２）水平的变化,从类固醇激素与血管瘤的关系这一角度探讨治疗机理。研究对象分治疗前、治疗后及正常对照组,用放射免疫法（ＲＩＡ）测定Ｅ２值。结果显示血管瘤患儿血清Ｅ２水平显著高于正常小儿;经激素治疗后,随肿瘤缩小,血清Ｅ２水平亦明显降低（Ｐ〈０．０１）。据本实验结果结合文献资料推测婴幼儿血管瘤可能存在雌激素依赖性,糖皮质激素治疗有效的机理可能与抑制Ｅ２分泌

STUDY ON THE MECHANISM OF THE CORTICSTEROID THERAPYFOR THE INFANTIALE HEMANGIOMAS

:To study the varitions of serum estradiol(E2) levels in infantiale hemangiomas before and aftertreatment with introlessional injection of corticosteroids,and explore the therapy mechanism from the relationsbetween hormons and infantiale hemanj, omas. the subjects were dived into three groups :patients before treat-ed, patients after treated,normal infants. The serums of E2 in all subjects were assayed with RIA. The resultsshowed that the E2 levels in patients were much higher than that in normal group;after treatment,the E2 levelsin patients obviously reduced with th" regression of hemangiomas. This result and the literatures reviewed led?the authors of this paper to hypothesize that there may be the estrogen-dependence in certain hemangiomas; themechanism of actin in corticosteroid-induced involution of hemangomas is that high levels of exogenous steroidsmay suppress the secreation of E2 and the stimulatory action at the estrgen receptor in cellular levels.
