| 摘 要： | 目的寻找适宜应用于临床药物敏感实验的方法及敏感药物。方法应用口腔颌面部鳞状细胞癌原代培养技术和总蛋白染色法(SRB)法,获得敏感药物顺序。结果SRB法药敏实验结果:各药物的平均抑癌率依次为卡铂+氟尿嘧啶>卡铂>氟尿嘧啶>平阳霉素>甲氨蝶呤;药物的平均抑癌率随药物浓度的增加而增大。结论SRB法所需时间短,价格便宜、操作简便,适合临床需要,值得推广;联合用药效果比单药效果好。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To seek an effective drug and best drug sensitivity assay to be applied to clinical medicine. Methods The technique of primary culture of squamous cell carcinoma and SRB assay was used to get the result of drug sensitivity assay of oral maxillofacial squamons cell carcinoma. Results The results of drug sensitivity assay were as follows:The order of the average inhibition of all drugs was CBDCA+5-Fu>CBDCA > 5-Fu > PYM > MTX; the average inhibition of the higher concentration was bigger than that of the lower concentration. Conclusions SRB assay is rapid, cheap, simple and suitable to medical sciences, It meets the clinical requirements and is suitable to popularize. The effect of combination was better than that of the single drug. |
