| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨马来酸曲美布汀片联合资生丸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法：选择115例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者，随机分成2组，治疗组62例用马来酸曲美布汀胶囊联合资生丸，对照组53例用马来酸曲美布汀胶囊。结果：总有效率治疗组90％，对照组75％，2组比较有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结论：马来酸曲美布汀联合资生丸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the curative effect of trimebutine maleate joint engenders pill in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome .Methods：115 patients with irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into two groups , 62 patients of treatment group take trimebutine maleate capsules Joint engenders pill , 53 patients of matched group take trimebutine maleate capsules .Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 90%, and matched group was 75%, the two groups had significant difference （P﹤0.05）.Conclu-sions：Trimebutine maleate joint engenders pill is safe and effective in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome . |
