幕上幕下联合开颅治疗重型全脑室铸型出血的临床应用研究

目的：研究分析重型全脑室铸型出血的患者采用幕上幕下联合开颅治疗，观察其临床应用的效果。方法：选取在我院治疗的重型全脑室铸型出血患者26例，将患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，平均每组13例患者。治疗组的患者采用传统的手术方法治疗，对照组的患者采用幕上幕下联合开颅治疗。比较2组患者治疗后的死亡率。结果：2组患者经治疗后，治疗组的脑干及丘脑下部的压迫改善情况，脑室循环梗阻解除情况、并发症的发生、及死亡率均优于对照组，在统计学上有意义（P＜0．05）。结论：幕上幕下联合开颅治疗重型全脑室铸型出血，临床效果较显著，值得推广应用。

United under screen curtain craniotomy treatment of clinical application of heavy cast hemorrhage of whole ventricles of brain research

Objective：To study the analysis of the heavy cast hemorrhage of whole ventricles of the brain were treated by the curtain on the tent of meeting under joint craniotomy treatment , observe its clinical effect .Methods：Selected in our hospital treatment of 26 patients with heavy cast hemorrhage of whole ventricles of the brain , patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group , an average of 13 patients in each group .Patients of treatment group used the traditional surgical treatment , in the control group were treated by joint treatment craniotomy under the screen on the screen .Compare two groups of patients after treatment of mortality .Results： Two groups of patients after treatment , the treatment group of brain stem and hypothalamus oppression improvement , ventricle loop obstruction lifting, complications, and mortality were superior to control group , were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Under the act on act joint craniotomy treatment of heavy cast hemorrhage of whole ventricles of the brain , clinical effect was significant , worthy of popularization and application .
