1996~2005年苏州市实施结核病防治规划的综合效应评价

目的评价苏州市1996~2005年期间涂阳肺结核病例发现与治疗管理的综合效应,为本地区结核病防治规划后5年的工作提供借鉴。方法根据苏州市1996~2005年结核病登记年报表、季报表作涂阳肺结核的发现率与治愈率分析,对10年间病例发现与治疗管理质量进行综合效应（ICT）评价。结果2001~2005年共发现涂阳患者6981例,比1996~2000年登记的3103例增加了3867例,后5年发现涂阳患者总数是前5年的2.3倍;涂阳患者平均治愈率由前5年的95.23%下降至后5年的87.62%,治愈率有所下降;ICT由前5年平均的23.39%上升至后5年的44.75%。结论苏州市结核病防治规划的实施促进了传染源的发现,并使肺结核传染源得到有效控制,取得了预期效果。

Comprehensive Evaluation of Tuberculosis Control and Treatment Project in Suzhou from 1996 to 2005

Objective To evaluate the effect of diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis in the new smear positive cases from 1996 to 2005, as well as to provide reference for implementng tu- berculosis control programme for the coming 5 years. Methods The case detection rate and the cure rate were analyzed in the patients in the new smear positive cases on the basis of quarterly and annual report of tuberculosis registration. The quality of case-finding and treatment from 1996 to 2005 was e- valutated. Results A total number of 6 981 smear positive TB cases were diagnosed from 2001 to 2005, with an increase of 3 867 patients increased compared with the 3 103 registration cases from 1996 to 2000. The total number of patients with positive smear results in the former 5 years was 2.3 times of that in the later 5 years. The average cure rate among the smear positive patients with positive smear results in the former 5 years decreased from 95.23% to 87.62% in the later 5 years, and ICT in- creased from 23.39% to 44.75%. Conclusion Implement of the tuberculosis control programme in Suzhou City has improved the diagnosis and control of the source of infection with the expected effect.
