米非司酮联合利凡诺用于中孕引产的疗效观察

目的观察分析米非司酮联合利凡诺用于中孕引产的临床效果。方法随机抽取要求中孕引产的健康女性48倒，其中24例给以口服米非司酮150mg后行羊膜腔内利凡诺注药引产作为观察组，另外24例单用利凡诺羊膜腔内注药引产作为对照组。对其宫腔注药到宫缩发动时间。总产程，产后出血量．软产道裂伤情况进行对比分析。结果观察组与对照组的宫缩发动时间分剐为（22．14±8．18）h、（33．36±8．25）h，总产程分别为（9．45±3．10）h、（1S．65±3．25）h，产后出血量分别为（70．65±30．54）mL、（130．13±50．76）mL，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论米非司酮是一种安全有效的促宫颈成熟及引产药物，与利凡诺配伍应用于中期妊娠引产，明显缩短产程．减少并发症的发生。

Clinical Observation of the Effects of Mifepristone Combined Rivanol on Metaphase Pregnancy Induced Labor

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effects of mifepristone combined rivanol on metaphase pregnauey induced labor. Method 48 healthy metaphase pregnant women asking for induced labor were sampled at random. 24 pregnant wowen, as the study group, were given mifepristone 150mg and then rivanol 100mg was injected to the amniotic cavity. Only rivanol 100mg were injected to the amniotic cavity in control group. The time from injected rivanol to uterine contraction, total time of labor ,blood volume of postparturm, laceration of birth canal of the two groups were compared. Results The time from injected rivanol to uterine contraction of study groups and control group were （ 22. 14 ± 8. 18） h, （33.36 ± 8.25） h; total time of labor were （9.45±3.10）h,（15.65±3. 25）h; blood volume of postparturm were（70.65±30. 54）mL, （130. 13± 50.76）mL. The differences were significant（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion Mifepristone was a safe and effective medicine, which can promote the cervical ripeness. And combined with rivanol,it is used in metaphase induced labor, which can short total time of labor and reduce complication.
