复发性阿弗它溃疡致病相关因素的Logistic回归分析

目的 探讨108例复发性阿弗它溃疡患者通过进行致病相关因素的Logistic回归分析，为临床治疗和自我预防提供理论依据。方法 采用问卷调查、量表分析和现场检查方法，研究病人和对照组人员在吸烟、饮酒、口腔健康状况、全身性疾病、家族史、社会生活事件、焦虑、抑郁、A型行为和社会支持等方面的差异性。结果 通过Logisic回归分析发现：引入回归方程的4因素是社会生活事件、焦虑、抑郁、社会支持。结论 在复发性阿弗它溃疡患者的发病过程中，社会生活事件、焦虑、抑郁、社会支持力度对其影响较大。

Logistic regression analysis in patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer

[Objective]To study the correlation between factors and recurrent aphthous ulcer through Logistic regression analysis so as to supply the evidence for treatment and self-prevention. A case-control study was adopted, all patients and pepole in control-group were required to fill in questionaire, accept oral health check, then difference between two groups in drinking, smoking, oral health status, systemic diseases, family history, life events, depression, anxiety, type A behavior, social support were analysed. There was no statistical difference between two groups in drinking, smoking and oral health. But there was statistical difference in systemic diseases, family history, life events, depression, anxiety, type A behavior, social support. [Conclusion] Factors, including life events, depression, anxiety, social support, play an important role in course of recurrent aphthous ulcer.
