车前草超声提取工艺研究

摘    要:
目的:研究车前草的超声提取工艺.方法:采用正交设计法,并通过HPLC法测定车前草中熊果酸的含量.结果:最佳工艺为A3B2C2,即用10倍量95 %EtoH超声提取2次,每次30 min.结论:采用超声法提取具有快速,不需加热,节省时间,提取的有效成分含量较高等优点.

Abstract:
Objective: To study the ultrasonic extraction process of Herba Plantaginis. Methods: The orthogonal test was used to determine the content of ursolic acid by HPLC. Result: The best cxtracting process is A 3B 2C 2, i.e, ultrasonic extracting twice by using ten times of EtoH (95%) with thirty minutes once. Conclusion: The ultrasonic extraction method has advantages speedy in extraction, needless in heating, shorter in time, and more important, more effective composition can be yielded.
