经胸手术治疗老年贲门癌55例报告

目的探讨提高老年人贲门癌的切除率及减少死亡率的方法。方法本组55例老年贲门癌全部经胸手术切除，并行胃食管胸腔吻合。结果本组未见食管端残留癌细胞，切除率比以前明显提高，死亡率有明显下降，对患者手术年龄限制相对放宽。结论对老年贲门癌，经过术前的精心调理，增加营养以及合理应用抗生素，可以增加老年人贲门癌的手术成功的机会。

Operation Treatment for Aged Patients with Cardiac Cancer

Objective To delve into the increase of resection rate and the decrease of death rate of aged patients with cardiac cancer.Methods 55 aged patients with cardiac cancer were treated by resection and anastomosis between stomach and esophagus through pechus.Results Cancer cells at resected margin of esophagus were negative in all patients.The resection rate was higher and the death rate was lower than the former obviously. The restriction of patients' age was relatively released.Conclusion The aged patients with cardiac cancer may get more operative chance through postoperative caring,improving the function of heart and lung, increasing nutrition and reasonable using antibiotics.
