癌症患者家属对癌症病情告知态度及其影响因素的调查

目的 探讨癌症患者家属对癌症病情告知的态度及其影响因素.方法 采用自行设计的问卷对305名癌症患者家属进行调查.结果 大多数家属主张在征求他们同意后,将真实病情告知癌症患者;Logistic回归分析显示,获知亲人患癌时间、文化程度、重病接触史、丧亲经历等因素对家属的癌症病情告知态度的评分具有一定影响.结论 将癌症病情告知做到符合患者及其家属的意愿,医护人员应引导家属的告知观点,尊重家属的意见,尤其是对阅历深、学历高的家属,且最好在家属经过一段时间的心理适应期之后,再向患者告知癌症真实病情.

Survey on the attitude of the family members towards the disclosure of cancer diagnosis and the influencing factors

Objective To get information about the attitude of the family members towards the disclosure of cancer diagnosis and the influencing factors.Methods 305 family members were investigated bv using a self-designed questionnaire.Results Moat family members believed that the medical staffs should inform cancer patients about their diseases after getting consent from their family members.The Logisfic Regression analysis suggested that the time after being informed,education ackground,experiences of taking care of critical patients and bereavement influenced the attitudes of family members towards the disclosure.Conclusions In order to take the feelings of both the patients and their family members into consideration,the medical staffs should provide guidance to the family members,and fully respect their attitude.especially those with above-mentioned experience and hisher educational background.It is the best to inform cancer patients about their diseases after enough time for their family member to get used to the change in their family.
