RNAi技术逆转白血病多药耐药的研究进展

RNA干扰（RNAi）是真核生物中普遍存在的一种自然现象，利用双链RNA诱发宿主细胞同源mRNA降解，从而抑制特异目的基因的表达，不仅具有理论意义，而且具有实用价值。白血病是造血系统常见的恶性肿瘤，虽然通过联合化疗大多数患者可以获得完全缓解，但是最终不可避免的是多药耐药（MDR）导致化疗的失败。MDR已成为目前治愈白血病的最大障碍。因此，逆转MDR成为白血病治疗亟待解决的问题。本文以白血病MDR机制的阐述为线索，综述了RNAi技术逆转白血病MDR的研究进展。
