十二指肠钩虫症89例内镜诊断治疗的临床体会

摘    要:目的:探讨内镜在诊断治疗十二指肠钩虫症中的临床应用价值。方法:对经我院电子胃镜检查确诊为十二指肠钩虫病的89例患者的临床资料进行回顾分析,并探讨电子胃镜在诊断治疗十二指肠钩虫症中的临床应用价值。结果:经临床电子胃镜内镜检查100例患者中89例确诊为十二指肠钩虫症,主要表现为镜下可见长约10—15mm×0.7—0.5mm长的虫体,呈红色、乳白色,活体为半透明,吸附于肠壁粘膜,多集中于肠降段与肠球部,呈蛇样盘曲及蚯蚓样蠕动。结论:经确诊后,主要以驱虫治疗为主,同时结合对贫血症的纠正治疗,经治疗后复诊89例十二指肠钩虫病患者均为出现钩虫,且黏膜溃疡不同程度的愈合,无损伤性出血出现,患者均治愈。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical application value endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of duodenal hookworm disease. Method: After our electronic gastroscopy diagnosis of duodenal ancylostomiasis 89 patients were retrospectively analyzed, and discussed electronic gastroscope in diagnosis and treat- ment of duodenal hookworm disease. Result: The clinical electronic gastroscope endoscopic check 100 patients, 89 diagnosed with duodenal hookworm disease, main show is microscopically about 10-15mm×0.7- 0.5mm long insect body with red, ivory, living for translucent, adsorption to the bowel wall mucosa, more focus on intestinal drop segment and intestinal bulb, show the snake sample tortuous and earthworm sample peristalsis. Conclusion: The after diagnosis, mainly insect repellent treatment is given priority to, at the same time with the correct treatment of anemia, after therapy, return visit 89 duodenal hookworm disease patients are appear hookworm, and mucosa ulcer different degree of healing, no damage hemorrhage appear, patients were cured.
