| 摘 要： | 目的 研究白细胞介素-6(IL-6)对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)营养状态的影响.方法 用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测39例稳定期COPD患者(分为营养不良组20例,非营养不良组19例)和20名正常人的血清IL-6.结果 COPD营养不良组血清IL-6显著高于非营养不良组,两组BMI差异有显著性,各组内血清IL-6与BMI呈显著负相关;非营养不良组与正常组间的BMI差异无显著性,但IL-6的差异有显著性.结论 COPD患者的营养状态与血清IL-6水平有一定关系,IL-6增高可能导致COPD患者病情加重和营养状态恶化.
