早期康复治疗对急性脑梗死患者日常生活活动能力的影响

目的探讨早期康复治疗对急性脑梗死患者日常生活活动能力恢复的影响。方法随机选择80例急性脑梗死患者,早期康复组（40例）在患者生命体征稳定、神经病学体征平稳48 h后开始康复,对照组（40例）仅进行健康宣教。治疗前后采用改良受丁堡—斯堪的那维亚量表（SSS）和修订的Barthel指数（MBI）进行评测。结果治疗4周后,两组SSS评分和MBI评分均明显改善（P〈0.01）,早期康复组明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论早期康复可改善脑梗死患者神经功能缺损、日常生活活动能力。

Effects of early rehabilitation on the activities of daily living in the patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the effects of early rehabilitation on the activities of daily living in the patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Highteen patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided 2 groups:40 patients as the early rehabilitation group and the other 40 patuents as the control group.Forty-right hours after the life signs and neurological signs of the patients were stable,the early rehabilitation group was rehabilitated and the control group was educated by heath knowledge.We evaluated the neurological dysfunction and the activities of daily living with Edingberg-Scandinavian Scores(SSS)and Barthel tndex respectively(MBI)before and after the therapy.Results After 4 weeks'therapy,it was significant improvement in the two groups by SSS and MBI,and the improvement of the early rehabilitation group is better than the control group.Conclusion The early rehabilitation is supposed to improve the neurological dysfunction and activities of daily living of the patients with acute cerebral infarction.
