| 摘 要： | 目的：建立动物泪腺模型，以了解小鼠泪腺肌上皮细胞的发育过程，为今后泪腺病研究所需动物模型提供有用的资料，方法：免疫组织化学、应用基础染色、免疫组织化学荧光染色等方法，对不同年龄段的小鼠外泪腺的肌上皮细胞和腺房的发育状况进行观察，并对其间的相关性进行分析。结果：实验结果提示，小鼠泪腺肌上皮细胞从出现到成熟的形态变化，与腺细胞内的分泌颗粒从出现到增多是同期发育的，泪腺腺房上肌上皮细胞的面积比率呈减小趋势。结论：小鼠是理想的研究泪腺肌上皮细胞相关疾病的实验模型。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish animal model of lacrimal gland disease，weobserved the developmental course of myoepithelial cells in the lacrimal glands of mouse.Methods：Glandular endpieces and myoepithelial cells of mouse external lacrimal glands during different periods after birth were examined with immunohistochemical technique and the correlation between myoepithelial cell configuration and size／shape of glandular endpieces was unalyzed.Results：There is a close positive correlation between myoepithelial cell differentiation and glandular cell maturation and the ratio of myoepithelial cells to glandular endpieces area was decreased.Conclusion：Mouse is an ideal experimental animal to research related diseases of myoepitheilal cell of lacrimal glands. |
