复方1号对应激抑郁模型小鼠行为学的影响

摘    要:
目的探讨复方1号对行为绝望应激抑郁模型小鼠行为学的影响。方法选择小鼠悬尾、强迫游泳两种急性应激抑郁模型,将健康雄性昆明小鼠随机分为空白对照组、氟西汀组及复方1号低、中、高剂量组(连续灌胃给药7d),观察复方1号治疗作用。结果与对照组相比,复方1号低、中、高剂量组均可显著减少小鼠悬尾不动时间、小鼠强迫游泳不动时间;复方1号各剂量组都有抑制正常小鼠自主活动的作用趋势,但无明显影响;氟西汀组可显著减少正常小鼠自主活动。结论复方1号能明显改善急性应激抑郁模型小鼠的行为,具有抗抑郁作用,在一定剂量范围内存在一定的量效关系。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of Compound No.1 on behavior of mice models with stress-induced depression.Methods The mouse model were randomly divided into control group,fluoxetine group,low dose,medium dose and high dose group of Compound No.1.Results Compared with the control group,tail hanging fixed time and the swim fixed time were reduced significantly in low dose,high dose group of Compound No.1.The normal autonomic activities reduced in fluoxetine group significantly.Conclusion Compound No.1 could improve acute stress-induced depression significantly in mice.
