养血清脑颗粒治疗血管性痴呆病人临床观察

目的观察养血清脑颗粒治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的临床效果。方法将入选的60例VD病人随机分为养血清脑颗粒组(治疗组)30例和对照组30例,治疗组病人采用养血清脑颗粒,1次1袋,每日3次口服;对照组采用吡拉西坦(脑复康)片,1次0.8g,每日3次口服,疗程均为2个月。两组病人在治疗前及治疗后用简易智力状态检查(MMSE)量表、日常生活能力(ADL)量表及脑卒中病人迟发性神经元死亡(DND)量表进行评分,比较两组的评分结果。结果治疗前两组病人的MMSE总分、ADL评分及DND评分间差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组各量表评分分别为(26.17±4.03)分、(31.47±5.67)分、(33.48±5.8)分,对照组为(22.83±5.12)分、(34.68±7.09)分、(37.66±5.32)分,两组各项评分比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论养血清脑颗粒能改善轻中度VD病人的认知功能,提高病人生活质量。

Clinical Observation of Yangxueqingnao Granula for 80 Cases of Vascular Dementia

Objective To study the effect of Yangxueqingnao granula on vascular dementia.Methods Sixty patients(pts) with vascular dementia were divided into Yangxueqingnao granula group(n=30) and control group(n=30) in random.Mini-mental state examination(MMSE) scale,activity of daily living(ADL) scale and delayed neuronal death(DND) scale were used for evaluation pre-and post-treatment.Results The scales of MMSE,ADL and DND were no different significantly pre-treatment in two groups(P>0.05).The scales of MMSE,ADL and DND were different significantly post-treatment in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Yangxueqingnao granula could improve cognitional function and quality of life in pts with light and midrange vascular dementia.
