| Abstract: | Antenatal ascites diagnosed by ultrasound examination was punctured and shunted in utero. Radiologic, endoscopic and histologic data led to diagnosis of primitive intestinal lymphangiectasia during the second year of life. Antenatal revelation of Waldmann's disease is extremely rare in pediatric literature. |
