阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患儿临床指标与睡眠监测的相关性分析

目的：评估PSG检查与扁桃体、腺样体肥大阻塞程度之间是否存在相关性。方法：对临床疑诊为阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）且完成鼻内镜及PSG检查的患儿进行回顾性分析。根据PSG结果将患儿分为OSAHS组和非OSAHS组。结果：94例患儿进入最后的数据分析，其中63例为男性；36例（38．3％）临床疑诊OSAHS的患儿PSG检查结果在正常范围。确诊OSAHS患儿中扁桃体、腺样体肥大阻塞程度与非OSAHS患儿相比无显著性差异。在OSAHS患儿，扁桃体和（或）腺样体肥大程度与PSG参数之间并无显著相关性。结论：在OSAHS患儿，临床症状与PSG检查结果之问并无显著相关性。
