| 摘 要： | 一、多层螺旋CT及多层螺旋CT血管造影多层螺旋CT(multislice helical computerized tomography,MSCT)指采用宽探测器技术,即探测器排列数增加,具有4层以上探测器的螺旋CT。它是在1998年北美放射年会上首次正式推出的,是继1972年X线计算机断层摄影(computedtomography,CT)进入临床应用和1991年单层螺旋CT(singleslice helical computed tomography,SSCT)研制成功之后,CT发展史上的第三座里程碑。常规螺旋CT扫描采用准直宽的扇形X线束,单排探测器,每旋转1w得到1个层面图像。而MSCT采用可调节宽度的锥形X线束,根据拟采集的层厚选…
