| 摘 要： | 目的观察通窍活血汤治疗脑梗死的效果。方法 80例脑梗塞患者随机分为治疗组42例和对照组38例,治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予通窍活血汤,对照组在常规治疗基础上给予丹参注射液,两组均10日为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为90.48%,对照组为73.68%,两组比较有非常显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论通窍活血汤加减治疗脑梗塞有较好的疗效,值得进一步推广。 |
