| 摘 要： | 目的比较克氏针加钢丝和重建钢板2种术式治疗锁骨中段骨折的疗效,探讨重建钢板是否适合锁骨中段骨折的治疗。方法回顾性分析崇州市第二人民医院2002-01/2009-01治疗锁骨中段骨折158例,获得随访140例,随访1.5~7年,平均4.2年,采用克氏针加钢丝治疗68例,重建钢板治疗72例,总结2种术式的疗效和并发症情况。结果克氏针加钢丝治疗者优良率79.4%,重建钢板治疗者优良率91.6%,且克氏针加钢丝治疗的并发症发生率较重建钢板治疗者高。结论重建钢板内固定治疗锁骨中段骨折内固定可靠,疗效肯定,是目前治疗锁骨中段骨折较好的方法。
