| 摘 要： | 目的：探求支气管哮喘患者在应用糖皮质激素（以下简称激素）治疗后不同阶段的中医证型特点,为今后制定相应的中医治疗方案提供依据。方法：对1994年~2007年国内期刊中相关文献37篇共1944例支气管哮喘患者进行回顾性总结。结果：激素使用的首始阶段（大剂量期）湿热内蕴型占38.34%、阴虚内热型占19.50%;减量阶段常见证型气阴两虚型占36.11%、气虚湿阻型占32.84%;维持量阶段常见证型肾阳亏虚型占40.16%、气虚湿阻型占20.19%;血瘀型则在不同阶段都有体现。结论：支气管哮喘患者使用激素的首始阶段,以湿热内蕴型和阴虚内热型为主要证型;撤减阶段,以气阴两虚型和气虚湿阻型为主要证型;维持量阶段,以肾阳亏虚型为主要证型;而血瘀型则在不同阶段都有体现。
