维拉帕米对重症急性胰腺炎大鼠肺损伤的保护作用

【目的】探讨钙通道阻滞剂维拉帕米对重症急性胰腺炎（severacutepancreatitis，SAP）大鼠肺损伤的影响。【方法]wistar大鼠45只，随机分为假手术组（A组）、SAP纽（B组）和维拉帕米治疗组（C组）。观察动物血清中白细胞介素-1（IL-1）、白细胞介素6（IL-6）和肿瘤坏死因子α（turnernecrosisfactor-α，TNF-α）的含量，肺组织病理学变化。【结果】SAP时，大鼠血清中IL-1、IL-6和TNF-α的含量均显著升高（P〈0．01），肺损伤严重。维拉帕米治疗纽炎性细胞因子水平显著下降（P〈0．05），肺病理损害程度显著减轻（P〈0．05）。【结论】维拉帕米可抑制SAP大鼠炎性细胞因子IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α的产生和释放，减轻肺损伤的程度。

Protective Effect of Verapamil on Lung Injury of Rats with Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objective]To explore the effect of calcium channel blockers verapamil on lung injury of rats with sever acute pancreatitis （SAP）. Methods] All Wistar rats were randomly divided into group A （sham-operative group）, group B （SAP group） and group C （SAP treated with verapamil）. The contents of IL-1 （interleukin-1）, IL-6 （interleukin-6） and TNF-a （tumor necrosis factor-alpha） in serum were measured and the pathology change of lung was observed. Results] In SAP group, the levels of serum IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-α were significantly increased as compared to those in sham-operative group（ P 〈0.01） and the pathologic damage of lung was severe. In SAP with verapamil therapy group,the levels of serum IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-α were remarkably lower than those in SAP group （ P〈0. 05）, and the severity of lung injury was dramatically reduced （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion] Verapamit can inhibit the production and release of the inflammatory factors such as IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-α, and reduce the degree of lung injury.
