不同临床期多发性骨髓瘤患者细胞免疫功能流式细胞术分析

本文应用流式细胞仪（ＦＣＭ）分析了２３例不同临床期多发性骨髓瘤（ＭＭ）患者Ｔ细胞亚群、ＮＫ细胞及ＣＤ１９＋Ｂ淋巴细胞变化。结果显示：初诊未化疗ＭＭ患者ＣＤ４、ＣＤ２５、ＣＤ１９细胞百分率ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值均下降，ＣＤ８细胞百分率升高；稳定期ＭＭ患者除ＣＤ２５、ＣＤ１９细胞百分率下降外，其他指标均正常；进展期ＭＭ患者ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４细胞百分率和ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值下降，ＣＤ８、ＣＤ１９细胞百分率升高；不同临床期ＭＭ患者ＮＫ细胞与正常人比较无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。研究结果表明：不同临床期ＭＭ患者细胞免疫功能不同，细胞免疫调节异常在ＭＭ发病机制及稳定期脱逸过程中可能起一定作用。

Flow Cytometric Analysis of Cell Immune Functions in Multiple Myeloma Patients of Different Clinical Stages

The changes of T-cell subsets, NK cells and CD19 B lymphocytes in the peripheral blood of 23 patients suffering from multiple myeloma(MM) in different clinical stages were investigated by flow cytometry analysis. Results showed that the percentage rate of CD4, CD25, CD19 and the CD4/CD8 ratio were reduced, while that of CD8 was increased in initially diagnosed patients before treatment. All parameters, except the rate of CD25 and CD19 which were reduced, were normal in patients at stabile phase. Percentage rate of CD3, CD4 and CD4/CD8 ratio were reduced and those of CD8 and CD19 were increased in advanced cases. NK cells were not significantly changed,as compared to normal controls, in patients irrespective to clinical stages (P>0.05). It is suggested that cell immune functions were different in patients with different clinical stages. The disturbance of cell immune-regulations may be associated with pathogenesis and progression of MM.
