| 摘 要： | 以ＥＬ４＋ＣＴＬＬ－２及７ＴＤ１细胞株增殖法分别检测ＩＬ－１和ＩＬ－６，发现多发性骨髓瘤患者ＰＢＭＣ及骨髓瘤细胞培养上清中ＩＬ－１与ＩＬ－６水平均高于正常对照，且ＩＬ－１和ＩＬ－６水平变化呈平行相关，基因重组ＩＬ－１α和β可剂量依赖性增强骨髓瘤细胞产生ＩＬ－６，提示ＩＬ－１可诱导人类多发性骨髓瘤细胞产生ＩＬ－６，进而刺激瘤细胞增殖。 |

Determination of IL-1, I1-6 and their Correlation in Patients withMultiple Myeloma |

| Abstract: | Interleukin-1 and interleukin-6 were measured with E14+CTLL-2 and 7TD1 celllines respectively.Results showed'the levels of interleukin-1 and Interleukin-6 inculture supernants from PBMC and marrow myeloma cells of multiple myeloma patients were higher significantly than those in controls. The changes of IL-6 level corresponded with those of IL-1 levels.Besideseither IL-1α.and IL-1βcould enhance IL-6 production of marrow myeloma cells in dose-dependent pattern.These results indicated that IL-1 could induce human multiple myeloma cells to produce IL-6,and thusto stimulated myeloma cells proliferation. |
