经皮穿针固定治疗桡骨远端骨折合并下尺桡关节脱位

目的探讨经皮穿针固定治疗桡骨远端骨折合并下尺桡关节脱位的临床疗效。方法采用经皮穿针固定治疗42例桡骨远端骨折合并下尺桡关节脱位患者。结果 42例均获随访,时间4~24个月,骨折均获骨性愈合。疗效根据Green-O'Brien腕关节评分标准:优21例,良18例,一般3例,优良率92.9%。结论经皮穿针固定是治疗桡骨远端骨折合并下尺桡关节脱位的有效技术,疗效较可靠,并发症少。

Percutaneous pinning for the treatment of distal radial fractures combined with distal radio-ulnar joint dislocation

Objective To investigate the clinical outcome of percutaneous pinning for the treatment of distal radial fractures combined with distal radioulnar joint dislocation. Methods 42 patients who suffered from distal radial frac-tures combined with distal radioulnar joint dislocation were admitted to treat with percutaneous pinning fixation. Re-sults 42 cases were followed up for 4 ～24 months. Radiographic evidence of bone union was observed postoperative-ly. According to Green O＇Brien scoring system, the results were excellent in 21 cases, good in 18 and fair in 3, and the excellent and good rate was 92.9%. Conclusions in the treatment of distal radial fractures combined with distal radioulnar joint dislocation, percutaneous pinning fixation can provide reliable fixation, low incidents of complications and satisfactotry function outcome.
