| 摘 要： | <正>2006年2月~2012年8月,我科在治疗4例肩关节前脱位合并大块型大结节撕脱骨折中,由于未使用麻醉,急诊施行手法整复时发生了医源性的肱骨近端骨折,使原先属于简单的Neer二部分骨折合并脱位变成了复杂的三部分骨折合并脱位,后经切开复位、内固定和半肩置换手术方得以解决,笔者总结教训,报道如下。1材料与方法 1.1病例资料本组4例,均为女性,年龄52~78岁。均为跌倒时手掌或肘部撑地导致肩关节前脱位合并大块型大
