| 摘 要： | 目的探讨糖尿病足（DF）的预防和护理。方法回顾分析2003年2月-2004年10月38例DF的临床资料，并对预防和护理进行总结。结果38例DF感染溃疡痊愈22例，好转16例。结论重视足部定期观察，严格控制血糖，恰当有效的足部护理，可有效地防止其发生。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the nursing and prevention of diabetic foot. Methods Clinical data from 38 cases with diabetic foot between February 2003 and October 2004 were retrospectively analyzed, and the nursing and prevention of them were summarized. Results Out of 38 cases with diabetic foot in the presence of infectious ulcers, 22 were healed and 16 improved. Conclusion Attach importance to periodic observation on foot, strictly controlling blood sugar, and appropriate and effective nursing care o f foot can effectively prevent occurrence of diabetic foot. |
