摘    要:
标准化病人(Standardized patient,SP)的应用在我国医学教育界方兴未艾,是医学教育改革的趋势,其具有真实、可靠、有效等特点,有助于医学生的临床技能、沟通技巧及创造性思维的培养,符合高等医学教育的发展要求。本文探索了低年资住院医师扮演"改良标准化病人"在外科临床病例讨论课中的应用和意义。

Abstract:
The application of standardized patient (SP) is a trend of medical education reform in China. It is characterized by being real, reliable and effective, and can help improve students' clinical skills, communication techniques and creative thinking. Therefore, it is in accordance with the development of higher medical education. This paper explores the application and significance of modified standardized patients acted by junior interns in surgical clinical case discussions.
