| 摘 要： | 采用幽门弹簧插入法及去氧胆酸钠口服法复制大鼠实验性慢性胃炎病理模型，观察＂实痞通＂、＂甘平养胃＂及＂胃乐＂方对ＥＣＧ的影响，结果经３种方剂治疗后，ＥＣＧ血清胃泌素，Ｇ细胞密度及胃窦粘膜ＰＧＥ＿２含量均明显恢复近正常。

| Abstract: | xperimental chronic gastritis(ECG)models
were established in rats by inseriing a spring into pyloric canal
aswoll as feeding sodium deoxycholate.An experiment was underiaken to
observe the therapeutic effects of three formu-las of traditional
Chinese
medicine"Shipitong"(SPT),"Ganpingyangwei"(GPYW)and"Weile"(WL).The
experi-mental results show that all of the three decoctions can make
serum gastrin,gastrin cell density and amount of antralmucosal PGE_2
of the ECG rats return to normal levels. |
