痰热清联合头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗医院获得性肺炎42例临床观察

目的观察痰热清注射液联合头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗医院获得性肺炎的临床疗效。方法将80例医院获得性肺炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组42例采用痰热清注射液联合头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗,对照组38例单用头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗;比较两组治疗前后患者体温、呼吸道症状、肺部口罗音、血常规、胸部X线、细菌学检查等改善情况及治疗中出现的不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率88.09%,对照组总有效率73.68%,有明显差异;两组患者用药治疗过程无明显不良反应。结论痰热清注射液联合头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗医院获得性肺炎临床疗效优于单用头孢哌酮/舒巴坦。

Clinical Observation on 42 Cases Hospital-aequired Pneumonia Treated by Tanreqing Injection Combined with Cefoperazone/Sulbactam

Objective To observe the efficacy of Tanreqing Injection combined with Cefoperazone/sulbactam in treatment of hospital-acquired pneumonia.Methods:80 patients with hospital-acquired pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(n=42)were given Tanreqing Injection and Cefoperazone/sulbactam;the control group(n=38)were given Cefoperazone/sulbactam.The temperature,symptoms of respiratory tract,crackles of lung,blood routine tests,X-ray of chest and checked of bacteria were measured on two groups before and after treatment.The adverse effects during treatment were observed too.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group were 88.09%.The control group were 73.68%.There were statistically significant difference between the two groups.Conclusions:The efficacy of hospital-acquired pneumonia treated with Tanreqing Injection combined with Cefoperazone/sulbactam better than treated with Cefoperazone/sulbactam only.
