口腔种植技术临床应用进展

目的：将种植体植入相应部位的组织内，以提高对颅颌面赝复体的支持和固位作用。方法：将种植体植入上、下颌牙槽骨、颧骨、颅骨、乳突及眶周相应部位骨内或表面，使其与周围产生生物性结合。结果：应用种植体可提高赝复体的稳定性。结论：在牙种植成功的基础上逐渐发展起来的需多学科参与的颅颌面种植及颅颌面种植重建修复将力提高颅颌面组织器官缺损畸形患的生存质量带来新的希望。

The Clinical Application Development of Implantodontics

Objective:To improve the supporting and stabilizing function of craniofacial-maxillofacial prostheses by implants implanted in the corresponding positions.Methods:Implants were implanted in the insides or surfaces of the corresponding positions including alveoli dentales maxillae and mandibulae,zygoma,cranium,mastoid process and the orbit's surrounding,which can be integrated with the surrounding tissues biologically.Results:The implants can improve the stability of prostheses.Conclusion:The craniofacial-maxillofacial implant and prosthetics which have developed on the basis of dental implantation can improve the living quality of some patients suffering the defect or deformity of craniofacial-maxillofacial tissues and organs.
