| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨经阴道超声对多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic Ovary Syndrome,PCOS)的诊断价值。方法:回顾分析我院2年来52例PCOS患者的卵巢超声表现,并检测患者卵巢间质血流及彩色多普勒能量图(Color Doppler En-ergy,CDE)表现。结果:PCOS患者卵巢体积增大,呈多囊样改变,卵巢间质回声增强,血流较丰富,卵巢间质动脉血流阻力指数降低,血管分布面积(CDE信号面积)增加。结论:经阴道超声对PCOS的诊断有较好的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of Transvaginal Ultrasound in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods The ultrasonic appearance of 52 patients were retrospectivly analysised, and detected the bloodstream of stroma ovarii, also analysis the color Doppler energy appearance of stroma ovarii. Results It showed that the volume of ovaries were accreted, there are many little cystis in the cortex of ovary, the echo of stroma ovarii was enhanced, and the bloodstream was more plentiful, the resistance index of blood flow were depressed. Conclusion Transvaginal Ultrasound imaging is helpful in clinical diagnosing the polycystic ovary syndrome. |
