摘    要:目的探讨运用“五常法”对胸心外科进行科学规范管理的效果。方法实行全员参与和专人负责制,制订明确的要求和相关措施,在胸心外科进“五常法”的规范化管理,并对实施前后的管理效果进行比较。结果实施“五常法”后,护士改变了管理观念,有效地利用时间和空间,提高了工作效率,加强团队精神。结论运用“五常法”对胸心外科进行规范化的管理,提高护理质量,值得提倡。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of using five-routine working regulations to strengthen the standardization management in cardiothoracic surgery department. Methods The five-routine working regulations was used in the course of standardization management in cardiothoracic surgery department, and then compared the effects before and after using this method. Results The working efficiency was improved when using the five-routine working regulations, and the traditional ideas among most nurses were changed. The cooperation spirit of nursing group was strengthened. Conclusions The five-routine working regulations can effective strengthen the standardization management in cardiothoracic surgery department.
