白藜芦醇桂皮酸酯抗炎、降脂药理作用研究

摘    要:目的通过对白藜芦醇桂皮酸酯进行初步抗炎、降脂作用的研究,为其进一步研究与开发提供实验依据。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法、10%蛋清诱导大鼠足肿胀模型,小鼠腹腔注射75%蛋黄乳液建立高血脂模型,分别观察白藜芦醇桂皮酸酯的抗炎作用及降血脂作用。结果白藜芦醇桂皮酸酯能显著抑制蛋清所致大鼠足肿胀的形成,并可显著降低高血脂动物模型血清中甘油三酯(TG)、血清总胆固醇(TC)的浓度。结论白藜芦醇桂皮酸酯在抗炎、降脂方面表现出一定的生物活性,为进一步研究白藜芦醇桂皮酸酯提供了实验依据。

Study on the anti-inflammatory and anti-hyperlipidemia actions of resveratrol tricinnamate

Abstract:Objective To study anti-inflammatory and anti-hyperlipidemia actions of resveratrol tricinnamate, and provide experimental basis for the further research and development. Methods The methods of xylene-in- duced ear edema in mice and edema of rats' hind-paw induced by egg albumin (10%o) were used to observe the anti-inflammatory effects of resveratrol tricinnamate. Hyperlipemia model by I.P. injection 75% yolk emulsion in rats were used to observe the effect of reducing blood lipid. Results Resveratrol tricinnamate remarkably inhibited xylene-induced ear edema and decreased edema of rats' hind-paw as well as reduced the concertration of TG and TC in hyperlipemia model. Conclusion Resveratrol tricinnamate has significant biological activity in anti-inflam- rnatory effect and reducing blood lipid. It can be regarded as the experimental basis for the further research.
