| 摘 要： | 目的 了解医学院校学生自主学习能力现状及影响因素,为学生增长自主学习能力提出建议.方法 采用整群抽样方法,选择新疆某医学院校不同专业的200名学生进行问卷调查,通过比较分析得出结论.结果 学生在年级、性别、专业方面的得分差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 对于不同年级、专业、性别的学生要采取针对性的教育方针和教学方法,促使学生发掘自身潜在的能力,不断提高学生的自主学习能力。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the present situation and influencing factors of the autonomous learning ability of the medical college students,and propose recommendation as to the growth of independent learning ability of medical students.Methods The cluster sampling method,investigated 200 students of a medical college in Xinjiang.The results were compared and analyzed to draw a conclusion.Results It has significant differences among the medical students in the grade,gender,profession （P〈 0.05）.Conclusions The educational measures and teaching methods for the medical students in different grades,gender and programs must be taken so as to encourage them to explore their potential ability,and constantly improve their ability of self-directed learning. |
