八年制临床医学专业学生毕业后教育的思考与实践

摘    要:第三军医大学首批招收的八年制临床医学专业学生已经完成试点培养。本文从八年制临床医学专业学生培养过程入手,分析总结了毕业生具备的优势特征和需要解决的问题,提出了个性化培养、提高临床技能和科研能力、建立保障及评价机制等毕业后的教育办法和措施。

Post-graduating education for eight-year program students majoring in clinical medicine

Abstract:The first lot of eight-year program student majoring in clinical medicine has successfully graduated. This article aims to propose education method of individualized training, improving clinical skills and research ability, establishing evaluation mechanism by analyzing the training process and summarizing the advantageous characteristics, and the way to improve the training of eight-year student.
