网络辅助预防医学课堂教学效果评价

摘    要:目的 了解网络辅助预防医学课程的课堂教学效果.方法 从南昌大学抚州医学院2011级三年制临床医学专业中随机抽取4个班206名学生为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,实验组2个班104人,实施网络辅助教学;对照组2个班102人,实施传统教学模式.比较两组学生的教学效果.结果 实验组学生的预防医学考试成绩明显高于对照组学生,P<0.05;实验组学生的及格率和优秀率比对照组学生分别高出19.8%和11.4%.无论是理论考试还是实践考试,实验组学生的考试成绩和及格率均明显高于对照组学生.网络辅助预防医学课堂教学对于男生的成绩提高作用大于女生.通过网络辅助预防医学课堂教学,实验组学生中认为对学习有帮助的占比为95.7%,对课堂气氛、师生关系、师生交流、知识掌握程度、学生到课率、学习效率、学习自主性及课程兴趣等方面的满意度均高于对照组学生.结论 网络辅助预防医学课堂教学突破了课堂有限时间的制约,充分调动了学生学习的主动性和积极性,有利于提高学习成绩,促进师生互动,激发学习兴趣,提高学习效率及教学效果。

The evaluation of teaching effects of the internet-assisted teaching of preventive medicine

Abstract:Objective To know the effect of internet-assisted teaching on the classroom teaching of preventive medicine.Methods 4 classes were randomly selected from the students enrolled in 2011 majoring in medicine of Fuzhou Medical Collgeg of Nan chang University.Two of the classes served as experimental classes consisting of 104 students and another two classes acted as control classes consisting of 102 students.The experimental classes received Internet-assisted teaching and the control classes received traditional teaching.The teaching effects were compared between experimental classes and control classes.Results The examination results of experimental classes (75.16±9.97) were significantly higher than that of control classes(66.37±12.74),P〈0.05.The pass rate and the proficiency of experimental classes are higher by 19.8% and 11.4% than those of control classes.The exam performance and the pass rate of experimental classes are significantly higher than those of control classes both in theory and practical tests.The Internet-assisted teaching has more effect on the male students than on the female students in their improvement of the exam performance.After attending the Internet-assisted teaching,95.7% of the students in experimental classes thought it is helpful to their learning preventive medicine.And they had a higher satisfaction than the control classes in many aspects,such as the communication between the students and teachers,learning efficiency and so on.Conclusions The Internet-assisted teaching broke through the limits of the classroom teaching and allow the students more time to study after class.It can arouse the students' interests of learning amy.It can improve the interaction between the students and teachers,learning efficiency and the students can do better in their exams.
