| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨现代新型的人性化护理模式,有效地改善护患关系。方法:介绍妇幼保健院妇产科实行人性化护理的实践,并对其服务过程进行分析研究。结果:在医院管理者的重视和全体护士的努力下,有效地改善了护患关系,大大地提升了护士在孕产妇内心的形象。结论:加强人性化服务护理,可显著提高护理工作效能及护理质量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss the modern mode of human nusing,in order to improve the relationship effectively between nurses and patients.Methods：Introduce the human nusing practice in the obsterical department of maternal and child health hospital,and analyzed study of the service’s procedure.Results：Through the whole nursing stuff’s hard work and the administraters＇ managerment,the relationship between nurses and patients has been improved effectively ,the pregnant and lying-in women gave the nurses many positive appraisals. Conclusion：Strengthen the human nursing for the patients can improve the nursing working and nursing quality effectively . |
