金钱草壳聚糖微球制备工艺研究

摘    要:
目的:对金钱草壳聚糖微球的制备工艺和包封率、粒径等特性进行初步研究。方法:以生物降解材料壳聚糖为载体,采用乳化一交联法制备金钱草壳聚糖微球,并采用正交试验优化制备工艺。结果:所制备的金钱草壳聚糖微球外观圆整,平均粒径为48.34μm,载药量为15.11%,包封率为59.55%。结论:所制备的金钱草壳聚糖微球重现性良好,载药量较高,制备工艺可行。

Abstract:
Objective: To study the preparation technique of Lysimachia Christinae Hance Chitosan microspheres (LCH- CS-MS) and their characteristics.Methods: LCH-CS-MS were prepared by using Chitosan as corematerial and emulsion chemical-erosslinkingmethods.Results: LCH-CS-MS was regular in morphology with the mean diameter of 48.34μm,The loading amount of LCH-CS-MS was 15.11% and encapsulation efficiency was 59.55%.Conclusion: The preparation technology for LCH-CS-MS is applicable.
