白介素7在结直肠癌患者外周血和癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

目的: 探讨白介素7（IL-7）在结直肠癌患者外周血及癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法: 采用ELISA法检测20例溃疡性结肠炎患者和27例结直肠癌患者外周血IL-7含量，并用13例健康体检者血样作为对照；应用免疫组化法分别检测20例溃疡性结肠炎患者活检肠黏膜标本、27例结直肠癌患者癌组织及相应癌旁组织IL-7的表达。结果： 结直肠癌患者外周血IL-7浓度为（2.98±0.93）ng/L，明显低于结肠炎患者［（4.72±0.69）ng/L，P＜0.01］和健康体检组［（5.64±0.24）ng/L，P＜0.01］；结直肠癌患者14例（51.85%）癌组织IL-7表达呈强阳性，相应癌旁组织只有5例（18.52%）呈弱阳性；而结肠炎组肠黏膜组织中亦只有5例（25.00%）呈弱阳性。结直肠癌组织中IL-7的表达率明显高于癌旁组织（χ2=8.333，P<0.05）和结肠炎黏膜组织（χ2=4.454，P<0.05）。结论： 外周血及肠道组织中IL-7的检测可以作为临床肠道疾病性质的辅助诊断指标。

Expression and clinical significance of IL-7 in peripheral blood and intestines tissue of the colorectal disorders

Objective To investigate the expression of IL-7 in peripheral blood and intestinal tissues and its clinical significance. MethodsThe expression level of IL-7 in peripheral blood of 20 patients with ulcerative colitis and 27 patients with colorectal cancer were detected by ELISA.Thirteen healthy volunteers were used as controls.The immunohistochemical method was also used to detect the intestinal tissue expression of IL-7 in 20 cases of ulcerative colitis and 27 cases of colorectal cancer. The corresponding adjacent normal tissues were collected as controls. ResultsThe level of IL-7 in peripheral blood of patients with colorectal cancer is (2.98±0.93) ng/L, which is significantly lower than that of patients with enteritis [(4.72±0.69) ng/L,P<0.01] and healthy controls［（5.64±0.24）ng/L，P＜0.01］. The expression of IL-7 was strongly positive in the intestinal carcinoma tissue of 14 colorectal cancer patients(51.85%) and was weakly positive only in the carcinoma adjacent tissues of corresponding 5 colorectal cancer patients (18.52%) and in the colorectal mucosa of 5 patients with enteritis(25.00%). The expression of IL-7 in colorectal cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in its adjacent tissues(χ2=8.333,P<0.05), and also significantly higher than that in intestinal mucosa tissue of ulcerative colitis(χ2=4.454,P<0.05). ConclusionThe expression of IL-7 in peripheral blood and intestinal tissue can be used as a candidate diagnostic index for clinical intestinal diseases.
