摘要:目的 了解2014年荆门市食品食源性致病菌污染状,为发现食品安全隐患和监督执法提供依据。方法 抽检荆门市477份食品,利用国家标准方法进行食源性致病菌检测。 结果 2014年荆门市食源性致病菌检出率为31.9%,其中常规监测样品阳性率为10.0%,水产品弧菌专项阳性率为35.3%。常规监测中婴幼儿配方奶粉检出率最高,其次为外卖配送餐、冷冻肉糜制品和学生餐,差异有统计学意义(χ2=1.068, P<0.001)。水产品弧菌专项副溶血性弧菌在淡水产品和海水产品中的检出率均最高。 结论 荆门市市售食品有较高的致病菌检出率,食品监管部门应加强上述食品特别是水产品的安全监管。

Abstract:Objective The study was conducted to assess the status of food contamination by food-borne pathogenic bacteria in Jingmen City in 2014, and thus to provide a reference for the discovery of food safety hazards and enforcement of food safety supervision. Methods A total of 477 types of foodstuffs sold in Jingmen City were sampled for detection of food-borne pathogenic bacteria by using the national standards. Results The positive rate of food-borne pathogenic bacteria in Jingmen City in 2014 was 31.9%; the positive rate of specimens in routine surveillance was 10.0%, and the positive rate of Vibrio in aquatic products was 35.3%. In routine surveillance, the positive rate of food-borne pathogenic bacteria was the highest in infant formula, followed by delivered meals, frozen minced products, and student meals; the differences were statistically significant (χ2=1.068, P<0.001). In Vibrio surveillance, Vibrio parahaemolyticus was the most common food-borne pathogen in both fresh water and seawater aquatic products. Conclusion 〖WTBZ〗The positive rate of pathogenic bacteria in foodstuffs sold in Jingmen City is high. Food safety supervision departments should strengthen the safety surveillance of the above-mentioned foodstuffs, especially for aquatic products.
