2015年大连地区1 000例孕妇尿碘监测

目的 了解大连地区2015年孕妇的尿碘水平,为该地区防止孕妇碘缺乏病工作提供科学的理论依据。方法 采集大连地区1 000例健康孕妇尿液,采用砷铈催化分光光度法(WS/T107－2006)检测尿碘含量。结果 大连地区孕妇总缺碘率达51.4%,其中城区缺碘率为57.0%,郊区农村缺碘率为47.7%,城区孕妇缺碘率明显高于郊区农村孕妇。大连地区孕妇尿碘中位数为145.33μg/L,低于国家标准适宜水平下限(150μg/L),其中城区孕妇尿碘中位数为140.0μg/L,郊区农村孕妇尿碘中位数为153.7μg/L。结论 大连地区应继续采取食盐加碘的防治措施,并实时开展尿碘监测,积极宣传,提高孕妇人群碘营养水平。

Monitoring on the urine iodine of one thousand pregnant women in Dalian,2015

Objective To investigate the urine iodine level of pregnant women in Dalian in 2015,and provide scientific theory basis to prevent pregnant women iodine deficiency disease in this area. Methods The urinary iodine samples of 1000 cases of healthy pregnant women urine in Dalian were collected and detected by using As3+-Ce4+ catalytic spectrophotometry (WS/T107-2006) method. Results 51.4% pregnant women in the survey were poor in iodine intake with 57.0% in urban and 47.7% in rural area. Urban pregnant women iodine deficiency rate was significantly higher than the suburban-rural pregnant women. The median of urinary iodine content in the area was 145.33μg/L,which was lower than the limit of national standard (150μg/L). The median of urine iodine in an urban area was 140.0μg/L,and 153.7μg/L in a rural area. Conclusion Dalian should continue to take iodine in salt prevention measures,carry out monitoring the real-time level of urinary iodine and actively promote to public,so as to raise the level of pregnant women iodine nutrition.
