国际期刊撤销论文分布特征以及对我国期刊出版的启示

【目的】探讨Web of Science（WoS）数据库撤销论文的分布特征,以期对我国的科技期刊管理提出建议。【方法】分析2004—2013年撤销论文的数量、撤销时滞和期刊的IF以及不同国家的撤销论文数量和H指数之间的相关性;并分组比较撤销论文的撤销时滞。【结果】期刊的IF与撤销论文数量正相关（P=0.036）,与撤销时滞不相关（P=0.709）。2004—2008年、2009—2013年的撤销时滞差异显著（P=0.000）。国家H指数与撤销论文数量正相关（P=0.002）。【结论】高H指数国家、高IF期刊撤销论文数量较多,撤销时滞与期刊IF不相关。国内期刊自我净化氛围缺失,需要广大期刊编辑和同行评审专家以及读者加强监督。

Analysis of the phenomenon of self-correction of international journals And its inspiration to periodicals publishing in our country

[Purposes]We searched the retracted articleswhich were obtained from theWeb of Science（WoS） in nearly ten years,and summarized their characteristics,in order to provide a reference for Chinese scientific journals publishing policy.[Methods]The statistical analysis of data of the retracted articleswhich were obtained from theWoS,was carried out to test correlation among journals'impact factor, the number of retracted articles, and their time-to-retraction; an analysis of the correlation between H-index of countries and the number of retracted articleswas alsomade.[Findings]The correlation between journals'impact factor and the number of retracted articles showed a significant association （P=0.036）; there was no correlation between journals'impact factor and time-to-retraction（P=0.709）.Country-based H-index and the number of retracted articles had a significant association（P=0.002）.Time-to-retraction （from 2004-2008） had correlation w ith time-to-retraction （from 2004-2008） （P=0.000）.[Conclusions]The higher country-based H-index and higher journals'impact factor,themore retracted articles exist.There was no correlation between journals'impact factor and time-to-retraction.Recommendations for domestic and foreign databases on the retracted articles label standardization was put forward.Domestic journals lack the self-purification atmosphere,which requires the majority of journal editors and peer review experts as well as readers to strengthen supervision.
