DOAJ的运作模式及对中国OA期刊的启示

【目的】深入研究并分析DOAJ的选刊标准和运作模式,为中国OA期刊加入DOAJ并快速实现规范化发展提供参考。【方法】通过数据分析法对中国已加入DOAJ的OA期刊的基本情况进行探讨,通过网站调研法和文献综述法对DOAJ的加盟准则、选刊流程和收费标准等内容进行总结与分析。【结果】DOAJ有严格的遴选规则,其选刊标准对中国OA期刊的网站建设、开放获取协议规范化和学术评价指标体系化等均有一定的启示作用,并可对COAJ的进一步发展提供借鉴。【结论】积极加入DOAJ平台,是中国OA期刊尽快实现标准化、国际化、精品化的可行之路,可以促使OA期刊的发展模式尽快成形,实现与国际期刊发展的接轨,从而逐步扩大期刊的国际影响力。

The operation pattern of DOAJ and its implication to OA journals of China

[Purposes] By intensively investigating the journal selection standards and operation pattern of DOAJ, we want to provide a reference for joining DOAJ and the rapid and standardized development for OA journals of China.[Methods] We investigated the fundamental states of Chinese journals which have joined DOAJ through the data analysis;we summarized and analyzed the joining criteria,the journal selection procedure and the charge standard of DOAJ through website research and literature review.[Findings] DOAJhas a strict journal selection standard, the specific criteria are significant to thewebsite construction, the normalization of open access protocols and the systematization of the academ ic evaluation index of OA journals in China.[Conclusions] It is a feasible way for OA journals in China to realize standardization, internationalization and achieve high quality by actively joining DOAJ, which w ill promote the formation of development pattern of OA journals, realize the connection w ith the development of international journals,and thereby gradually expand the international influence of journals.
