三维增强MR血管造影技术探讨

摘    要:
目的:探讨三维增强MR血管造影(3DCEMRA)技术。方法:应用3D快速扰动梯度回波(FSPGR)序列,对25例临床疑血管疾病患者行增强MRA检查,三维重建采用最大密度投影(MIP)、多平面重建(MPR)和容积再现(VR)。结果:三维增强MR脑血管造影技术能可靠显示血管形态和病变。25例血管病变可经3DCEMRA检出,并与DSA一致。结论:3DCEMRA快速、安全、有效,在很大范围可替代创伤性的血管造影。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the technique of three dimensional contrastenhanced MR angiography (3D CE-MRA).Methods Three dimensional contrastenhanced MR angiography was performed in 25 cases with suspicious of vessels disease using fast spoled gradient recalled.MIP,MPR and VR reconstruction were used as there-dimensional models.Results High quality vascular images could be obtained by optimizing three dimensional contrastenhanced MR angiography technique.Diagnosis of vascular lesions can be made by 3D CE-MRA,and they are consistent with DSA.Conclusion 3D CE-MRA is a noninvasive and effective technique which could be used as altermative to DSA in many fields.
