| 摘 要： | 目的分析内括约肌切断术治疗环形混合痔的临床疗效。方法选择120例患者随机分为治疗组（内括约肌切断术）与对照组（手法扩肛）,各60倒。结果治疗纽与对照组在止痛药次数,尿潴留．肛缘水肿等方面有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论内括约肌切断术能够有效缓解术后疼痛,降低尿潴留与肛缘水肿的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the effect of internal anal sphincterotomy.Methods 120 cases are divided into observed group (internal anal sphincterotomy) and comparison group(manipulation).Results There is distinct difference between the anodyne time, urinary retention, and anal verge oedema of observed group and comparison group.Conclusion The internal anal sphincterotomy can effectively relieve the pin and reduce the incidency of urinary retention and anal verge oedema. |
