综合教学方法在病理学教学中的应用

摘    要:
为探讨不同教学方法的教学效果,湘南学院在2005级临床医学专业学生的病理学教学中,根据教学对象、教学内容与特点的不同,分别选用了系统讲授法、设问解疑法、实例引导法、专题讨论法、比较鉴别法、指导自学法、专题讲座法、直观演示法等多种教学方法。结果表明,实验班与对照班比较,学生之间的实验技能考核、期末考试成绩及总评成绩均有显著性统计学差异;平时成绩无明显统计学差异。问卷调查结果显示,绝大多数学生认为这种综合教学方法能够提高学习兴趣、自学思维能力、逻辑推理能力、综合分析能力,并且能够拓展自身的知识面。

Abstract:
To probe into teaching effect of different teaching methods, a variety of teaching methods such as systematic teaching, questioning-resolving, examples guide, discussion on special subjects, comparative identification, self-study guide, lectures on special topics and visual display were applied to pathology teaching for medical students of grade 2005 according to different teaching objects, contents and features. It turned out that there was significant difference between the experiment group and the contrast group in experimental skills assessment, final examination and general comment, though there was little difference in usual achievements. The results of the questionnaire showed that an overwhelming majority of students believed that such teaching methods could improve their interests in study, self-thinking abilities, logical reasoning abilities and comprehensive analysis abilities and expand their knowledge as well.
